Will Belford

Will Belford is the Operations Director of the Rainbow Trout Music Festival. He has helped grow and move the festival from it's humble beginnings as a fishing derby and music festival in a defunct quarry. He is also the Volunteer coordinator for the Snowdance Festival of Music & Winter, winner of a Travel Manitoba award for best event with a budget under $5000. Will is co-owner and shop manager of Natural Cycleworks, a worker owned bike shop in downtown Winnipeg. Natural Cycleworks is a custom bike shop with a focus on real world bikes made for longevity and supporting life by bicycle. Will is also the main organizer for the Bike Jam, a monthly group bike ride in that regularly sees hundreds of riders come together to explore and interact with the city of Winnipeg. A summer of Bike Jams culminates in a major event as part of Nuit Blanche, an all night art festival that takes place during Culture days.
